TERMS OF CATTLE SALE

Calf to be fence-line weaned in January/February and available for pickup in March 2026.

Calf to be vaccinated and tagged by seller prior to sale (unless requested otherwise). 

Deposit ($1000) is non-refundable. Remaining $2000 (cash or cleared check) due at pickup.

Calf to be picked up no less than 30 days after weaning - unless agreed otherwise between seller/buyer. Vet or brand inspection available upon request at cost to buyer. 

All sales final - no returns or refunds. No warranties or guarantees are implied from seller (Unconventional Acres, LLC). Buyer assumes all liability at time of sale (pickup) and acknowledges these terms.*

*Unless unforeseeable circumstances prevent delivery of cattle as agreed.
